Outpatient Prescription

Outpatients should have their prescriptions filled at nearby pharmacies within four days after prescriptions are given.

Consultation Guideline

Those who have the Japanese national insurance are requested to submit a referral issued by their doctors.

In case you do not submit a referral, you will be charged \3,780 extra.

Those who do not have the Japanese national insurance are requested to produce some pieces of identification, such as passport or ID card.
You will be charged full expenses.
